At the top of the stone staircase inside the farmhouse, on your left, you will find the Ginepro flat with its very spacious living room and bright bedroom overlooking the hilly landscape of the Valtiberina and the outdoor garden area reserved for guests, where you can spend relaxing moments breathing in the scents of the surrounding nature.

Ginepro is the twin flat of Biancospino. Both are located on the first floor of the old farmhouse, with a common independent entrance, and their respective entrance doors are opposite each other. Ginepro and Biancospino can therefore be a single flat with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
