Double Room for Single use € 70 per night

Quadruple/Triple Room with extra bed € 120 per night

The price includes: overnight stay, Wi-Fi, bathroom and bed linen, daily and final cleaning, linen change every 3 nights, in winter heating, Italian breakfast (sweet) included.

Any extras will be calculated separately.

In some periods of the year it is possible that a minimum stay of 2/3 nights is required (Easter, Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Ferragosto, summer weekends, holidays of 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 1 November, 8 December)

The price includes: accommodation, Wi-Fi, bathroom and bed linen, weekly change of linen, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning, in the summer period use of swimming pool, in the winter period heating.

Apartments:

Dafne Studio (2 persons) € 100 per night

Dafne (max 4 persons) - Dafne Studio + room with 2 single bed € 160 per night

Elicriso (max 7 persons) - Dafne Studio + room with 2 single bed + triple room + bathroom € 250 per night

Gariga (max 15 persons) - Flat on 2 levels, 4 rooms with common big kitchen € 525 per night

Entire Cottage:

(max 20 persons) € 750 per night

Any extras will be calculated separately.

Minimum stay required: 2/3 nights

Guests of our flats have the use of the Infinity Panoramic Pool reserved!

PETS are welcome in our facilities!!!

Please inform the property in advance and a surcharge will be applied, payable locally.

For those staying at our B&B in Cerreto and the Apartments in Valle di Mezzo:

- 1 pet = 10 € per night up to a maximum of 50 €

- 2 pets = 15 € per night up to a maximum of 75 €.

For those staying at our cottage in Valle di Sopra:

- 1 pet = 50 €

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE GUEST

CHECK-IN TIME: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. - our guests will be contacted via whatsapp in the days before their stay to agree on all check-in details.

CHECK-OUT TIME: by 10 a.m.

All prices are per single night.

During the following periods of the year there may be variations to the rates: New Year's Day, Epiphany, Easter, Public Holidays of 25 April, 1 May and 2 June, July and August, Ferragosto, Public Holidays of 1 November and 8 December, Christmas.
